I wanted to buy the VIP Access and dont own a Credit Card.
Is there a possibility to pay in a different way.
For example: Send directly via Paypa?Or PSC?
Help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes you may make the payments directly via paypal to payments@tmcheats.com. The payment amount has to be exactly the same as the one listed for the subscription you wish to purchase.

Once you have done this, PM me with the transaction ID for the purchase and I will set your account up.
