you dont have to change anything just redeem rus game and it will patch auto
no need to download english language files and stuff... and NO do not uninstall previous BF3

I presume u are talking about using the russian language key and yes its true for any native language that u already have on your computer. While the key is the russian version your already loaded bf3 config files and your hard drive files will run the russian key in the first loaded language. We have posted this several times already in response to tom giving out russian keys check the forums.
