Accounts are locked when I crack them and login to them. Any idea how to fix that?

go to the email associated with that account and unlock it

HP got smart for once and added an IP thingy ma bob, so you will need the email login info of the accounts them selves to recover the password for the I:SS accounts like 100 said.
