ESL = Electronic Sport League (ESL - The eSports League (http://www.esl.eu/)). it's a European thing.

Many people say it is ok if you use it without the Visual hacks (ESP, Skeletons, etc) so in other words it SHOULD be ok if you just use Aimbot, NoRecoil, NoSpread etc things that a screenshot cannot pick up.. But you do this at your own risk ESL Wire updates very often therefore it is hard to bypass 100% safely

I just had never heard of it...and I have been raging several games for over four years now. Must be inconsequential.
