Question about russian steam gift.

I live in Europe and i would like to buy Ark for cheaper.

Can you tell me if it works if i buy this one please?

Do i just have to use a vpn to activate the gift or even to play the game? Do i have to use a new steam account or i can use the one i already have?

Ok i bought the key and was able to activate it with your vpn.
Now i'm downloading the game without the vpn.
I hope it will works.

no u cant play without VPN exept u move to Russia lulz.

Has anyone tried activate Dirt Rally through VPN? Its also request VPN to play?
