How hard is it actually creating a hack like the one for WarZ? Did Tom M make the hack completely by himself for WarZ?

How long does it take to learn programming hacks for games, and what language you need?

It's not very easy to make hacks^^

I think Tom uses C++ for his hacks, which is a programming language. So to make hacks, you need to be very good in programming.
The very difficult thing at making hacks is, to get them undetected. So i think its best if you start programming in a game without cheatprotection, for example War Inc.

If you want, visit CodeProject - For those who code (http://www.codeproject.com/) This site explains the programming languages and gives you a good introduction about programms and how they are made

Depends on how much experience you have and if you're really dedicated to learn a new programming language.
That's not something you can do in a day or two. Tom will probably have dealt with this kind of stuff since a while.
It's also important that you really want to do it and keep up doing it. For starters you can work with free sourcecodes and try to create trainers and such (everyone starts out small) :)
