I have the same problem.
My subscription Battlefield Mega - $20.00 for first month, then $15.00 for each one month.
Payment was automatically each one month.

Information from my PayPal personal cabinet:
Transaction: 2W000766FE501970V
Payment date: 12 dec 2012 in 09:37:23 UTC
Amount: $15,00 USD
Status: Completed

But the subscription is not activated. Although in the Payments History it is present. Why subscription is not activated?
