Buying Chainsaw(s)

Did they ever fix the chainsaw animation? Last time I used them it operated like a bat or shovel which was very silly looking. No chainsaw sounds or limbs flying off, it looked and sounded like any other melee weapon.

I'm pretty sure the animation is still dumb looking. They're really rare and I collect items so I'm looking to get a few of them.
STILL BUYING!!! Paying $$$$$$.
